As she celebrated the seventh anniversary of her album Mad Love on social media, the 32-year-old singer answered a fan’s question on a possible partnership with the former member of One Direction. “I love his voice, man. We actually had a duet, but it didn’t work out,” she remarked.
She went on to the following round of inquiries without offering any additional information. Although the reason behind the duet’s cancellation is unclear, they don’t appear to be at odds with one another.
